What is the return policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items that are unused and in original condition within 14 days of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Last chance or Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Due to additional quarantine measures around return shipments, please allow up to 10 business days, from the receipt of your return package, to process your returns. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your original payment method.
EXCEPTION: Purchases using PayPal will be issued a gift card.
Returns by mail:
a. Fill out the return form provided in the original package and indicate the item number, quantity, and reason code. If you cannot locate the return form or prepaid label, please contact us t firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
b. Place merchandise and return form in the package.
c. Secure package for mailing.
d. Take the package to your nearest UPS Store, UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet or UPS Customer Center. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense so please include tracking.

What if I received an incorrect item or an item is missing from my order?
We apologize for any inconvenience if you are missing items from your order or received the incorrect item. If this should happen, please contact Customer Care immediately so we can resolve the issue.
How do I cancel an order?
We take pride in processing and shipping orders out as soon as possible. Once you have received your confirmation email, the processing phase of your order has begun and cannot be modified or cancelled. Exceptions to this cancellation policy may be made if cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Contact us at email@example.com for any cancellation requests.

What happens if my order is out of stock?
Every so often we must cancel orders due to unexpected events. This includes oversold products, products incorrectly listed or priced, and other reasons that deem orders incapable of fulfillment. Please sign-up to be notified on the product page for when the item becomes available again by clicking on "Notify Me".
If you paid via PayPal, you will be issued a refund for the amount paid.
If you paid via credit/debit card, your card will not be charged.
